Etwa vier Jahre lief das Verfahren wegen “Bildung einer kriminellen Vereinigung” (§ 129 StGB) in Dresden gegen insgesamt bis zu 50 Menschen, die Teil einer sogenannten “Antifa-Sportgruppe” gewesen sein sollen. Aus diesem Ermittlungen ist das Bundeswehrverfahren entstanden. Am 13.04.2009 gab es einen Brandanschlag auf die Albertstadt Kaserne „Offiziers Schule des Heeres“ in Dresden, mit 42 abgebrannten Bundeswehrfahrzeugen. Dazu gab es mehrere Razzien und Beschuldigte.
Insgesamt nutzten sechs Jahre lang die Ermittlungsbehörden die komplette Palette an Repressionsmaßnahmen, die das Gesetz gemäß diesem Paragraphen zur Verfügung stellt: offene und verdeckte Observationen, Telefon- und Internetüberwachung, Hausdurchsuchungen, DNA Abnahme, ED Behandlungen, Beschlagnahmen von Computern und persönlichen Sachen, Befragungen von Bekannten,Freund_innen und Familie und Funkzellenabfragen im Dresdner Stadtgebiet unter anderem während der Proteste gegen den Naziaufmarsch am 13. und 19. Februar 2011.

The process around §129, ‘The creating of a criminal association’ (according to the state law book), ran for about 4 years in Dresden against almost 50 people who were supposedly part of an ‘antifa sport group’. Through these investigations the federal army proceedings took place. On the 13 april 2009 an act of arson happened on the Albertstadt barracks ,,the officers school for the army“ in Dresden, with 42 burned out amry vehicles. Shortly after as a direct result multiple raids brought about many incriminations.
This paragraph allowed the investigative authorities a huge repressive arsenal, over a timelapse of 6 years, including but not only: public and undercover observations, telephone and internet surveillance, raids on houses, taking of DNA, ED(?) therapy, impounding of computers and personal things, questioning of freinds peers and family, following mobile phone funks not only in the larger drseden area but also specifically on anti nazi protests on the 13th and 19th of february 2011.
